Please read these terms before enrolling in a course.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to everyone who enrols in a course offered by Social Media Scaler Academy through socialmediascaler.com. By completing an enrolment you accept these terms.
2. Enrolment and payment
A seat is confirmed only once full payment is received. Course fees are displayed in Indian Rupees on each course page and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change for future enrolments but never for an enrolment already paid.
3. Course access
Self-paced courses are made available immediately after payment is confirmed. Live cohorts and in-person sessions run on the schedule shared by email before the start date. Recordings of live sessions are shared with enrolled learners.
4. Your account and materials
Course access is for one learner only. Recordings, templates and documents may not be shared, resold, published or used to run a competing programme.
5. Schedule changes
We may reschedule a live or in-person session for operational reasons. Where a session is cancelled and not rescheduled, the affected portion of the fee is refunded.
6. Results
Courses teach methods and frameworks. Outcomes depend on the learner's own effort, niche and consistency, so we do not guarantee any specific follower, reach or revenue result.
7. Conduct
Learners are expected to be respectful in live sessions and community groups. Access may be withdrawn without refund for abusive behaviour or sharing paid material.
