When you enrol we collect your name, email address, phone number, optional city, your stated experience level and any goal you choose to describe. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
Why we collect it
We use your details to confirm your enrolment, send joining instructions and recordings, provide support, and issue your certificate. We may email you about your own course. We do not sell your data.
Sharing
Details are shared only with the service providers needed to run the course — our payment provider, email delivery service and hosting provider — and where the law requires it.
Retention
Enrolment records are kept for as long as needed to provide course access and to meet accounting and tax obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your details, or to stop sending you course emails, by writing to support@socialmediascaler.com.
Security
Data is stored on managed, access-controlled infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections.
